The Dalles Weekly Reminder, January 23, 1987
Loraine H. Woodside, a resident of The Dalles since 1978, died in The Dalles 
Jan. 16 at age 89.

Mrs. Woodside, born Sept. 9, 1897, in Camas, Wash., came to The Dalles from 
Kent, Wash.  She was a member of the Christian Science Church.

Survivors include a daughter, Mrs. Ethel (Lori) Klindt of The Dalles; three 
grandsons, Steven Taylor of Portland, Thomas Taylor of Mixa, Mo., and Paul 
Taylor of U.S. Army at Ft. Polk, La.; a great-granddaughter; two sisters and a 
brother.

Funeral services were held Jan. 19 at Spencer, Libby and Powell Funeral Home 
with Mrs. Donna Hoffman officiating.  Order of Eastern Star conducted a 
memorial service.  Interment followed at Parklawn Cemetery.  Memorials may be 
made to the Christian Science Church Memorial or the Order of the Eastern Star.
