The Dalles Weekly Reminder, June 7, 1984
     Funeral services for Hattie Mae Jolliffe Woods, The Dalles, will be at 11 
a.m. Friday in Smith Callaway Chapel.

     Mrs. Woods was born Oct. 14, 1916 in Rolla, MD. and had lived here since 
1954.  Mrs. Woods had worked in the Wasco County tax collecting office.

     She died in the hospital here on Sunday.  She was a member of the 
Soroptimist International and the Eagles Auxiliary.

     Survivors include two sons  Lyman Jolliffe of Anaheim, Calif.; and Lane 
Jolliffe, Boise, Idaho; three daughters:  Marlys Daugherty, The Dalles; Karen 
Jolliffe, San Francisco; Barbara Cunningham, Silverdale; two brothers:  
Carroll Kirby, Boise, Larry Kirby, Los Altos, Calif.; a sister, Mary Slunaker, 
Rolla, S.D.; 13 grandchildren, nieces and nephews.

     Private committal will be in the Odd Fellows Cemetery.

     Contributions have been suggetsed to the American Cancer Society, U.S. 
National Bank, The Dalles.
