The Dalles Chronicle, August 21,  1990
     Tisha Marie Winters, a resident of The Dalles, died at the hospital on 
Sunday, Aug. 19.  She was 63.
     Mrs. Winters was born June 4, 1927 in Talala, OK. to Jasper and Liza 
(Bible) Rayon.  She was raised in Oklahoma and moved west as a young woman.
     She lived in several different communities before settling in Hillsboro 
where she lived for 12 years prior to moving to The Dalles six months ago.
    Survivors include, a daughter:  Judi Byram, Spokane, Wash.; one 
granddaughter:  Tami Garrido, Kennewick, Wash.; four brothers:  Roy Rayon, 
Woodburn; Jim and Ed Rayon, both of The Dalles; Earl Rayon, Wasco; two 
sisters:  Lucille Land, Portland; Edith Morris, Cornelius; and numerous nieces 
and nephews.
     No public funeral services will be held.
     Spencer, Libby & Powell Funeral Home is in charge of all arrangements.
