The Dalles Weekly Reminder, May 10, 1984
	Dorothy E. (Pounds) Winsburg, died Monday, May 7, at Gresham Hospital.

	She was born Aug. 31, 1939 to Archie and Ida Pounds, formerly of The 
Dalles.  She attended Tygh Valley grade school and Wasco County Union High 
School.

	She is survived by her husband Clyde of Colton, Calif., a son Richard 
Slaughter of San Diego, Calif., a daughter Dawn Swallow of Portland, her 
mother Ida Pounds of Sandy, a brother, Gaylord Pounds, The Dalles, and two 
sisters, Imogene Fischer and Leota Ownbey, Sandy, and two granddaughters, 
Bridgett and Ila of San Diego.

	Arrangements are being handled by Sandy Funeral Home.
