The Dalles Chronicle, July 27, 1973
Eric Williams, 64, died Wednesday evening at a local hospital.  Born March 24, 
1909 in Winnepeg, Manitoba, Canada.  He was a member of Eagles Lodge No. 2126 
in The Dalles and belonged to the Iron Workers Local No. 29.  Survivors are 
his wife, Bernice R. Williams, The Dalles; two sons, Daniel N. Williams, The 
Dalles, and Michael J. Williams, Scappoose; a daughter, Juanita D. Cyphers, 
Portland; two sisters, Marie Hewitt, Portland, and Mabel Thorn, Oakland, 
Calif.; and six grandchildren.

Graveside funeral services will be at The Dalles Odd Fellows Cemetery on 
Saturday at 10:00 a.m. with Rev. E. Ernest Tayler officiating.

Spencer & Libby Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.  Friends who so 
desire may contribute to the American Cancer Society in Mr. Williams' memory
