The Dalles Weekly Reminder,  June 5, 1987
     Royal Floyd Williams, 69, died at the hospital May 28.  He was a resident 
of The Dalles for a short time, formerly of Boring.
     Mr. Williams was born in Lawrence, Kans. on March 13, 1918.  He was a 
security guard in Portland until retirement.
     He is survived by his wife, Janice, of The Dalles; a sister Audrey Gannon 
of The Dalles; nieces and nephews.
     Graveside memorial services were held at the Odd Fellows Mausoleum, 
officiated by Rev. Egerton Long.  Memorials have been suggested to the Oregon 
Heart Fund.  Spencer, Libby and Powell is in charge of arrangements.
