The Dalles Weekly Reminder, July 21, 1983
     Graveside funeral services are scheduled for Friday, July 22 for Joseph 
(Joe) Willard, 61, The Dalles.
     He died July 19 in a Portland hospital.
     Mr. Willard was born June 19, 1922 in The Dalles and was a machinist.  
Funeral serices will be directed by Pearson-Allen Funeral Home, Portland.
     Survivors include his wife, Helen; daughters Beverly Lyons, Lucy Willard, 
Peggy Linstrom, Jeanie Lee, Portland; his father, Herbert Willard, The Dalles; 
a sister, Iva Bishop, Echo and five grandchildren.
