The Dalles Chronicle, March 15, 2006
     Keith Virgil Vosberg, 77, a resident of The Dalles, died at his home on 
Friday, March 10, 2006.
     He was born Nov. 23, 1928, in Wyndmere, N.D., the youngest of five 
children to Dick Didee and Amy Lucile (Edgerton) Vosberg. He lived in Wyndmere 
until age five, then his family moved to Hood River. He graduated from Hood 
River High School in 1946.
     He married Dovie Mae Herman on July 17, 1948, in Stevenson, Wash. 
They lived in Hood River, South Dakota, Kentucky, St. Maries, Idaho, Tygh 
Valley, Goldendale and The Dalles, as he worked as a logger, carpenter, 
concrete foreman and minister.
     He was a member of the Jehovah’s Witnesses and enjoyed his ministry, 
hunting, fishing, building and gardening.
     He is survived by his wife of 57 years, Dovie Vosberg, The Dalles; his 
children and their spouses, Jan and Javier Solorio, and Cathy and Don Marvin, 
all of Hermiston; Randy and Tammy Vosberg, Stanfield; Susan and Gene Belshaw, 
John Vosberg, Milton-Freewater; and Steven and Sonja Vosberg, Yakima, Wash.; 
12 grandchildren, and 10 great-grandchildren.
     Memorial services will be held at 2 p.m. on Saturday, March 18, at The 
Dalles Kingdom Hall of Jehovah’s Witnesses with Wes Ranslam and John Huber 
officiating. 
     Private cremation was held at The Dalles Win-quatt Crematory with 
Spencer, Libby & Powell Funeral Home in care of arrangements.
