The Dalles Chronicle, June 8, 2004
     Helen Patricia Stout, 57, of Seaside, died at her home on June 26, 2004.
     She was born Dec. 21, 1946, to Arthur and Mary (Bartholdi) Anderson, the 
sixth of eight children. She was raised in The Dalles and graduated from The 
Dalles High School in 1965. She married Doug Stout on Sept. 7, 1966. She was a 
wife, mother and grandmother. She loved to travel, paint, garden, cook and 
quilt by hand. She was a member of Our Lady of Victory Catholic Church in 
Seaside.
     She is survived by her husband, Doug Stout; two daughters, Patricia and 
her husband Kerry of Portland, and Elizabeth and her daughter, of Texas; and 
one son, Robert Stout of Portland, and his two sons; and her brother and 
sisters, Don and Marilyn Anderson of Lacey, Wash., Barbara and Raymond Johnson 
of The Dalles; Karen Yarbrough of Williams burg New Mexico, Virginia and Bill 
Miller of Pendleton, Wanda and Orial Burnell of Turner, Ore., and numerous 
nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents and brother LeRoy.
     Her service was July 1 and committal was at the Willamette National 
Cemetery in Portland with Father Nicholas Nilema ALCP.
     Hughes-Ramson Cremation and Mortuaries was in care of arrangements
