The Dalles Weekly Reminder, May 7, 1982
     Mrs. Sigrid Ragnhild Sterr, 74, a resident of The Dalles for more than 25 
years, died Monday at the hospital.
     She was born Jan. 7, 1908 in Alden, Minn.
     Mrs. Sterr was a member of The Dalles Hospital Auxiliary and the American 
Association of Retired Persons.
     Survivors include a son, Dr. Milton Skov, The Dalles; three step-
daughters, Anna Ross, Portland; Tillie Hull, Packwood, Wash., and Mary 
Hargrave, San Diego; 12 grandchildren; 19 great-grandchildren and a sister, 
Lillian Hansen, Vancouver, Wash.  Her husband Anton, died earlier this year.  
     At her request, no public funeral services are planned.  
     Memorials are suggested to The Dalles Fire Department Ambulance Fund.  
Smith Callaway Chapel is in charge of arrangements.
