The Dalles Chronicle, November 28,  1995
     Robert J. Speelman Jr., 47, a former resident of The Dalles and a 
resident of Washougal for the past 17 years, died on Nov. 11, 1995.
     He was born Aug. 21, 1948 in Dallas.
     He had worked as a grocery clerk in Washougal.
     Survivors include his wife, Sally K., at home; his mother, Ellen Ransier, 
Camas; his father, Robert J. Speelman Sr., Gresham; a daughter, Kamie Seekins, 
Vancouver, and three brothers, David Ransier, Vancouver; and Ron Ransier and 
Dale Ransier, both of LaCenter.
     There will be no funeral.  Brown's Funeral Home in Camas is in charge of 
arrangements.
    Memorials contributions may be made to the American Diabetes Association, 
3434 Martin Way N.E., Olympia, Wash., 98596.
