The Dalles Chronicle, September 12, 2006
     Linda Sue Roberts, 58, a former resident of The Dalles, died of cancer in 
West Linn on Sept. 8, 2006.

     She was born in The Dalles on March 31, 1948.

     She was a fifth generation Oregonian and had lived in the Portland area 
since 1990. She had attended the University of Oregon and was a dental 
assistant for 38 years before her retirement.

     Survivors include a daughter, Emily Kay Reed, Sydney, Australia; two 
sisters, Lani Roberts, Corvallis, and Lynette Roberts, Fairbanks, Alaska; and 
a brother, Russell Roberts, Lucerne, Calif.

     A celebration of life service will be held at the Lake Oswego Church of 
Christ, 1111 Country Club Road, Tuesday (tonight) from 8:15 to 9:30 p.m.

   Memorials may be made to Hopewell House Hospice, P.O. Box 4484, Portland, 
OR 97208—4484.
