    Graveside funeral services will be held for Levi Emlin Polehn, two days 
old, at 4 p.m. Thursday, Sept. 23, at Threemile IOOF Cemetery (formerly 
Parklawn Cemetery) with Pastor Dorthy Nielsen officiating.
     He is survived by his parents, Frank and Marnie Jo Polehn; a brother, Leo 
Otto Frederick Polehn; a half brother, James Patrick O’Meara; two half 
sisters, Katie Marie O’Meara and Megan Lynn O’Meara; grandparents, Leo and 
Betty Polehn, and Jim McCavic all of The Dalles. He was preceded in death by 
his grandmother, Ruby McCavic in February 2004.
     Spencer, Libby & Powell Funeral Home in care of arrangements.
