The Dalles Weekly Reminder, July 28, 1994
Rosella Lorraine Penn, 91, a resident of The Dalles, died at Mid-Columbia 
Medial Center, on Monday, July 24, 1995.

She was born March 3, 1904, in Rehobeth, Ohio  the second child of four to 
Richard L. and Laura May (Guysinger) Berrigo.  She grew up in Zaneville, Ohio.

She married Irvin Penn in Ohio during the 1920's and later married William 
Starner on Oct. 13, 1934 in Pomery, Ohio.  She moved to Los Angeles in 1947 
and to The Dalles several years ago.

She is survived by her sister, Pearl E. Stiner of Beaverton; and three 
nephews, Martin Stiner of Salem, N.H., Bill Stiner of Goldendale and Rodney 
Stiner of Beaverton.

At her request, no services will be held.  Interment at Forest Lawn Cemetery 
in Covina Hills, Calif.

Spencer, Libby and Powell in care of arrangements.
