The Dalles Weekly Reminder, October 11, 1984
     Cecil Leroy Parker, 46, died Sept. 28 after a lengthy illness, in 
Sunnyside, Wash.
     He was born Dec. 18, 1938.
     Mr. Parker had retired from the Farmers Home Administration and had 
served in The Dalles office several years.
     He is survived by his father and two sisters in Washington and a 
daughter, Jenny Parker, in Lincoln City.
     Memorial services were held in Sunnyside Sept. 30.  Memorials may be made 
to the American Diabetes Association or to the Sunnyside Presbyterian Church.
