The Dalles Weekly Reminder, November 3, 1983
     Alvin B. Nixon, 48, a resident of The Dalles for two years, died Tuesday 
at the hospital.
     He was born Aug. 2, 1935 in Austin, Tex.
     Mr. Nixon was a veteran of the Korean War.
     He is survived by his mother, four brothers and five sisters in 
California.
     Funeral services will be at Stephens and Bean Funeral Home in Fresno.
     Spencer, Libby & Powell Funeral Home is in charge of local arrangements.
