The Dalles Weekly Reminder, May 12, 1983
     Francis Earle Molesworth, 68, a lifelong resident of The Dalles and 
Mosier area, died Saturday at the hospital.
     He was born March 8, 1915 in The Dalles.
     Mr. Molesworth was an orchardist in the Mosier area until he moved to The 
Dalles where he worked as a maintenance man at the hospital until his 
retirement.
     Mr. Molesworth was a member of the First Christian Church, The Dalles 
Country Club and Elks Lodge.
     Survivors include his wife, Myrtle, The Dalles; a son, Bryce, Mosier; 
three daughters, Lana Maine, Mosier; Linda McMahon, Mt. Hood, and Terry 
Haworth, The Dalles; five grandchildren; a sister, Virginia Cossette, Sisters; 
and a brother, Charles Molesworth, Salem.
     Funeral services were yesterday at the First Christian Church with Pastor 
Ronald Coleman officiating.  Burial was at The Dalles IOOF Cemetery.  Spencer, 
Libby & Powell Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
     Memorials are suggested to the Diabetic Association.
