The Dalles Weekly Reminder, October 20, 1983
     Charles E. Molesworth, 70, a former resident of The Dalles and a resident 
of Salem since 1964, died Oct. 13 at a Salem hospital.
     He was born Aug. 17, 1913 in Los Angeles.
     Mr. Molesworth lived in The Dalles and graduated from The Dalles High 
School in 1932.  He lived in Portland before moving to Salem and was a retired 
electrical contractor and farmer.
     He was a member of Trinity United Methodist Church in Salem and was a 
Navy veteran of World War II.
     Survivors include his wife, Phyllis, Salem; two sons, Fred, Salem, and 
Gary, Sisters; a sister, Virginia Cossette, Sisters, and four grandchildren.
     Memorial services were Saturday at Trinity United Methodist Church in 
Salem.  Private burial services will be under the director of Virgil T. Golden 
Mortuary in Salem.
     Memorials are suggested to the Mid-Willamette Valley Hospice, P. O. Box 
2292, Salem, Ore., 97303.
