She was a resident of The Dalles since 1956. Mrs. McLeod was born Sept. 8, 1900, in Wenatchee, Wash. She was interested in flower arranging, and besides creating arrangements of her own, she also judged flower arrangement shows. She was a member of The Dalles Art Club. During World War II she worked for Boeing Aircraft as a drafting supervisor, and was involved in the drafting of the Chin Turret for the B-17. She was preceded in death by her husband, Harry. Mrs. McLeod is survived by her son, Lloyd McLeod of The Dalles; one grandson, John McLeod of Vancouver; one granddaughter, Alexandria McLeod of Cazadero, Calif.; two great-grandsons, John and Scott McLeod of Vancouver. Graveside services were held at the Mt. Hope Cemetery in College Place, Wash. Spencer, Libby and Powell Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
