The Dalles Weekly Reminder, February 6, 1987
Dominick Cory McGrath, 76, died at a Portland nursing home Jan. 27.  He was a 
resident of the Vancouver/Portland area for the past 18 years, formerly of 
Coeur d'Alene, Idaho.

Mr. McGrath was born Aug. 1, 1910 in Ventura, Calif.  He worked as a heavy 
equipment operator.  He was a veteran of World War II, serving in the Navy, 
and was a member of St. Joseph's Catholic Church in Vancouver.

He is survived by three sons, James Patrick McGrath of The Dalles, Dominick 
Dwight McGrath of Proctor, Mont., and John Hubert McGrath of Coeur d'Alene; a 
daughter, Marjorie L. Eaton of Vancouver; 11 grandchildren; 11 great-
grandchildren; three sisters.

Recitation of the rosary was held at Spencer, Libby and Powell Funeral Home 
and the Mass of Christian Burial was at St. Peter Catholic Church, officiated 
by the Rev. Ronald Maag.  Burial was at St. Thomas Cemetery in Coeur d'Alene.
