The Dalles Weekly Reminder, June 30, 1983
     Tex Richard McCoy, 73, a longtime resident of The Dalles, died Monday at 
his home.
     He was born in Osage City, Kan., April 21, 1910.
     Mr. McCoy worked for the railroad until his retirement.
     He is survived by one son, Tex William McCoy, Portland; and two 
grandchildren, Michael and Kimberly, both of Gresham.
     Graveside services are tomorrow (Friday), 4 p.m. at The Dalles IOOF 
Cemetery.
     Spencer, Libby & Powell Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
