She was born April 8, 2004, in Fort Collins, Colo., the older of two children to Harry Richard and Lucille Estelle (Vandervert) Rohrbacher. She was raised and attended high school in Ft. Collins. Opal relocated with her four sons to Coos Bay in 1957. She graduated from Chemeketa Community College with a nursing degree. She was a member of V.F.W. Women's Auxiliary in Coos Bay and the Presbyterian Church in North Bend. Opal is survived by her son, Richard and his wife, Sheryl Webb of Creswell; 11 grandchildren; 25 great-grandchildren; two great-great- grandchildren and her daughter-in-law, Beth Webb, Moro. She was preceded in death by her husband, Elwin (Max); three sons, Clinton, Forest and Dennis Webb; a granddaughter, Jackie Milburn and a sister, Doris Stuart. At her request, no public services will be held. Private cremation was held at The Dalles Win-quatt crematory with Smith Callaway Chapel in care of arrangements. The family suggest memorial contributions to a charity of one's choice.
