The Dalles Weekly Reminder, March 11, 1988
Louis Kohler, a lifelong resident of The Dalles, died Feb. 23 in The Dalles at 
the age of 87.

He was born Oct. 15, 1900, in The Dalles and attended Zion Lutheran Church.

He is survived by a brother and sister-in-law, Ernest and Margaret Kohler of 
Tualatin; two nephews; four nieces including Janet Peterson of Hood River; 
numerous great- and great-great nieces and nephews.

Services were held at The Dalles Odd Fellows Cemetery officiated by Rev. 
Delmer Anderson.  Spencer, Libby and Powell Funeral Home was in charge of 
arrangements.
