The Dalles Weekly Reminder, August 30, 1984
Agnella Bernette Johnson, 70, died Sunday at Mid-Columbia Medical Center.  She 
resided in California prior to coming to The Dalles four years ago.

She was born Aug. 24, 1914 in Breeze, Ill.

She was a member of the Catholic Church and had worked for many years as a 
nurse prior to her retirement.  She married Frank Johnson in Amarillo, Tex. on 
July 3, 1943.

Survivors include her husband, Frank, The Dalles; a son and daughter-in-law, 
James and Jean, San Francisco; two grandchildren, Jamie and Jennifer; two 
brothers, Ralph and Carlos Hinkamp, both of Amarillo, Tex.; and two sisters, 
Marie Close, The Dalles, and Bernita Murritt, Lorean, Tex.

No public funeral service will be held.  Spencer, Libby & Powell Funeral Home 
is in chrge of local arrangements.

Memorials may be made to the American Cancer Society.
