The Dalles Chronicle, November 4, 2003
    Richard Eugene Hill, 71, a resident of BZ Corners, died at his home Nov. 
1, 2003. He was born in Effie, Minn. on Feb. 17, 1932, the son of Wayne Alton 
and Beulah (Elliot) Hill.
     He worked for over 30 years as a logger. 
     He will be interred at Willamette National Cemetery in Portland. 
     The family will observe a private memorial service. Gardner Funeral Home 
in White Salmon was in care of arrangements.
