The Dalles Weekly Reminder, September 27, 1983
     Paul E. Heath, 18, a resident of The Dalles since 1977, died Sept. 15 
from an accidental gunshot.
     He was born May 1, 1976 in San Diego, Calif.
     Heath was a 1983 graduate of The Dalles High School and was a student at 
University of Oregon.
     Survivors include his mother, Jodi, and two brothers, Matthew and Erick 
Heath, all of The Dalles; his father, J. Larry Heath, Terre Haute, Ind.; 
grandparents, Jerry Huffman, Downeyville, Calif.; William Johnson, San 
Bernardino, Calif.; Pauline Harth, Chico, Calif., and Tom and Mary Dickenson, 
The Dalles, and his aunt, Marge Emigh, Red Bluff, Calif.
     Funeral services were Monday at St. Paul's Episcopal Church, co-
celebrated by the Rt. Rev. Rusty Kimsey and the Rev. Ric Simpson.
     The family has suggested contributions to the Paul Heath Memorial Fund in 
care of The Dalles High School.
     Smith Callaway Chapel was in charge of arrangements.
