Harvey, 95, Glenwood, died on Tuesday, Jan. 4, 2005 in Goldendale. She was born April 27, 1909 in Glenwood to Henry and Gertrude Ladiges. She lived in Portland and worked at Coupage where they made wooden barrels and boxes from 1933 to 1946 and then worked as a furniture restorer until retiring in 1983. She loved to paint both ceramics and oil pictures, travel, crochet and all different types of crafts and reading. She continued to paint oil pictures until she was 95. She married Dean Keel in 1927 in Vancouver. They divorced in 1942. She and Gerald Harvey were married in Kelso on Sept. 26, 1945. He died in 1985. She is survived by two sisters and their spouses, Eleanor Helen and Ervin Abraham, Clatskanie; Freida and Kenneth Sheridan, Glenwood; and many nieces and nephews. She was also preceded in death by a daughter June Elizabeth Keel-Williams in 1998; three brothers, Arthur Ladiges in 1999, Osmar ‘Tuffy’ Ladiges in 1964 and Henry ‘Hank’ Ladiges in 1992. At her request, no services are scheduled. Inurnment will be in Willamette National Cemetery under the care of Erdman Funeral Home and Cremation Service.
