The Dalles Weekly Reminder, May 3, 1984
     Helen M. Harvey, 60, died at her home in Mosier April 26.

     Mrs. Harvey was born Jan 26, 1924 in Miller, Neb.  She grew up in 
Nebraska, and moved to Aberdeen, Wash., at age 16.  On Jan. 17, 1942 she 
married John Harvey in Oakville, Wash.  Since 1959 they had lived in the 
Cascade Locks, Hood River and Mosier areas.  They were in the process of 
moving to The Dalles when Mrs. Harvey died.

     Survivors are John Harvey, her husband; sons Garry, West Linn; Jerry, 
Hood River; Darwin, The Dalles; daughters Lindol Sampson, Goldendale, Wash.; 
Judy Beam, Hood River; Donna Keizur, Hermiston; and 12 grandchildren; a 
brother, Milford Merryman, Sieku, Wash.; sisters, LaDene Hake, West Linn; 
Gretchen Lundstrum, Port Townsend, Wash.

     Funeral services were Tuesday, 10:30 a.m. at Anderson Funeral Home in 
Hood River.  Burial was in the IOOF Cemetery in The Dalles.
