The Dalles Weekly Reminder, September 27, 1983
     Mildred Agnes Harriman, 87, a lifelong resident of The Dalles area, died 
Saturday at the hospital.
     She was born Jan. 3, 1896 in Wasco County to John and Mary Wilde.
     She married Charles Harriman Sept. 17, 1919.  He died in 1954.
     Mrs. Harriman was a member of the Seventh-Day Adventist Church.
     Survivors include a son, Charles E. Harriman, Woodburn; a daughter, Mrs. 
Betty Donnell, The Dalles; four grandchildren, seven great-grandchildren and a 
brother George T. Wilde, Portland.
     Funeral services were yesterday (Wednesday) at Spencer, Libby & Powell 
Funeral Home.  Burial was at The Dalles IOOF Cemetery.
     Memorials are suggested to charities.
