The Dalles Weekly Reminder,  June 5, 1987
     Patrick Clayton Hanson, 33, died May 28 in Portland.
     Mr. Hanson was born in Portland on Dec. 7, 1953 and graduated from 
Roosevelt High School in 1972.  He went to work for the Burlington Northern 
Railroad in the track department, later joining the Seabees in 1974.  He 
returned to Burlington Northern in Wishram in 1978 after leaving the Seabees, 
working as a conductor and brakeman.
     He is survived by two sons, Derek and Kevin Hanson and their mother 
Brenda, all of The Dalles; his mother Marion Hanson of Portland; aunts and 
uncles.
     Funeral services were held at Spencer, Libby and Powell Funeral Home with 
the Rev. Byron Clark officiating.  Burial was in Willamette Cemetery.
