The Dalles Weekly Reminder, September 11, 1987
Virginia R. Griffin, 57, died Sept. 6 in The Dalles.  She had lived here for 
38 years.

Mrs. Griffin was born in Flint, Mich., on April 21, 1930.  She was a member of 
St. Peter Catholic church and the Teamsters Local.  For many years she worked 
as a bookkeeper.

She is survived by her husband, Allen L. Griffin of The Dalles; a daughter, 
Minera Lynn Griffin of The Dalles; a son, Richard A. Griffin of Eugene; three 
brothers.

Graveside services were held at St. Peter Cemetery in The Dalles officiated by 
Rev. Henry Albrecht.
