     Charles W. Goolsby, 64, a resident of Lake Havasu City, Ariz., died 
recently following a long illness.
     He is survived by his wife, Ina, Lake Havasu; three daughters, Karen and 
husband Gil, Running Springs, Calif.; Laura and husband Marco, and Cathy and 
husband Tom, Las Vegas, Nev.; two grandsons, Ryan and Patrick, Las Vegas; two 
sisters, Barbara Frakes and husband, Larry, Tomah, Wis., and Margaret O’Guinn, 
The Dalles; two brothers, Rand and wife, Suzie, and Robert and wife, Emma, The 
Dalles; and numerous nieces and nephews in The Dalles.
     He was preceded in death by his parents, George and Alice Goolsby, and a 
brother Louis, The Dalles.
     Memorial services were held in Lake Havasu City
