The Dalles Weekly Reminder, January 9, 1987
Grace Marie Frantz, a resident of The Dalles for 55 years, died Jan. 1 at the 
age of 72.

Mrs. Frantz was born Aug. 15, 1914, in Condon, Ore.  She was a member of St. 
Peter Catholic Church, The Dalles Art Association, and Eagles Auxiliary Aerie 
2124.  She was married to Charles H. Frantz, who preceded her in death.  She 
was also preceded in death by a son, Dr. Donald Vincent Adams and grandson, 
Mark Brown.

She is survived by two grandsons, Pat Brown of Salt Lake City and Vincent 
Adams of Eugene; four granddaughters, Jeannine Brown of Portland, Erin Brown 
of Portland, Amy Brown of Lincoln City and Lisa Brown of Lincoln City; three 
sisters, Hazel Knipper of Portland, Sister Grace Taylor of Mt. Angel and 
Eunice Kruse.

Services were held at St. Peter Catholic Church, officiated by the Rev. Ronald 
E. Maag, the Rev. Louis H. Albrecht, and the Rev. Martin Quigley.  Smith 
Callaway Chapel is in charge of arrangements.
