She was born August 26, 1915, in Bakersfield, Calif., to Thomas Elijah and Inez May (Randall) Harvey. She was raised in Portland, where she graduated from Jefferson High School; she lived in Portland until 1957. She moved and lived in The Dalles until 2000, when she moved to Prineville. Mrs. Fisher enjoyed her family, gardening, fishing and reading. She is survived by her daughter, Judee, and her husband, Ed Hagen, Prineville; her granddaughter, Toni Hagen and her sister, Melba Schulte, Olympia, Wash. At her request, there will be no public services. Private cremation was held at The Dalles Win-quatt Crematory with Smith Callaway Chapel in care of arrangements. Memorial contributions may be made to the Pioneer Memorial Hospital Foundation, 1201 NE Elm Street, Prineville, OR 97754.
