     Barbara Ann “Bobbie” Fisher, 56, a resident of The Dalles, died at her 
home Monday, March 8, 2004, surrounded by her family.
     She was born Dec. 4, 1947 in Mandan, N.D., to John and Madge (Ehlis) 
Doll. She married Dennis Merle Fisher on Sept. 17, 1977 in Selah, Wash., and 
they moved to The Dalles in 1978.
     In addition to her husband, survivors include her parents, John and Madge 
Doll of Yakima, her daughters and their families; Teresa and her husband 
Steven Borton of Peoria, Ariz. and Tonia and her husband Leroy Jones of Las 
Vegas, Nev. Also surviving are her sister and brothers and their families; 
Marilyn and Rick Farris, John Jr. and Monzetta Doll, Mark and Sandi Doll, and 
Jim Doll, all of Yakima. She took special pride in and showed great love for 
her grandchildren, Josh, Danielle, Zach and Jessie, who also survive her.
     At her request, private services for her family will be held at graveside 
in St. Peter’s Parish Cemetery this week with the Reverend Todd Unger 
presiding. Memorial contributions may be made to Hospice of the Gorge, 751 
Myrtle Street, The Dalles, OR 97058. Arrangements are by Columbia Cremation & 
Burial.
