The Dalles Weekly Reminder, January 2, 1987
Willard "Bill" C. Fisher, a resident of The Dalles for 35 years, died at a 
local hospital on Dec. 26 at age 58.

Mr. Fisher was born Feb. 12, 1928, at Hixton, Wis.  He was a World War II 
veteran, a member of the American Legion, The Dalles Moose and Eagles lodges, 
Teamster's Union and Engineer's Local #701.  He was a member of the First 
Christian Church.

He is survived by a son, Clarence Fisher of Vancouver, Wash.; two daughters, 
Shirley Fisher of Vancouver and Pamela Minor of Cornelius, Ore.; three 
grandchildren; his mother, Margaret Fisher of Hood River; two brothers, Ed 
Fisher and Earl Fisher of Freemont, Calif.; a sister, Berdine Robert of The 
Dalles.

Funeral services were held at Spencer, Libby and Powell Funeral Home with 
Pastor Ronald Coleman officiating.
