Duncan, 77, a resident of Gresham and a former resident of The Dalles, who died on Aug. 8, 1995. He was born Oct. 7, 1917 in Pagosa Springs, Colo. He served in the U. S. Army during World War II. He married Julia A. Pierce in Payette, Idaho, in 1946 They moved to The Dalles in 1951 where he was employed at Walther Williams Motors until it closed. He then ran his own auto repair, until 1964. He then moved to Gresham where he was employed as a body repairman until his retirement. Survivors include his wife, Julia A. Duncan, Gresham; a son, Cecil James (Jim), Corbett; a sister Leona Conwell, Portland; and two grandchildren. Memorial services will be held at 1 p.m. on Friday, Sept. 1, at Gresham Elks Lodge on Division Street in Gresham.
