The Dalles Weekly Reminder, February 12, 1982
     Thelma A. Douglass, 73, a resident of The Dalles for 65 years, died Feb. 
3 at her home.

     She was born July 29, 1908 at The Dalles.

     Mrs. Douglass was a member of Life in Christ Center Church and the Degree 
of Honor.

     Survivors include her husband Wayne, The Dalles; a daughter, Joan Long, 
Woodburn; a sister, Florence South, Lodi, Calif.; a brother, Herbert Butts, 
San Jose, Calif.; an aunt, Ella Eoude, Spokane, Wash.; and two grandchildren, 
Stephanie and Kimberly Long, Woodburn.

     Funeral services were Feb. 5 at Spencer, Libby & Powell Funeral Home with 
the Rev. Ron Keyser officiating.  Burial followed at The Dalles IOOF Cemetery.

     Memorials are suggested to the Oregon Heart Fund.
