The Dalles Weekly Reminder, January 17, 1985
Irene Lucille Dimmick, 73, died at Mid-Columbia Medical Center, Jan. 7.  She 
was a resident of The Dalles and Wasco since the early 1940's.

She was born in Primrose, Iowa on Feb. 22, 1911.

Survivors include a brother, John P. Huff, Jr., Baker; a sister, Bernice 
Fargher, Chewelah, Wash.; and several nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-
nephews.

Recitation of the rosary was Thursday at Spencer, Libby and Powell Funeral 
Home.  Graveside services were Friday at noon at Parkdale Cemetery with the 
Rev. Timothy Mockaitis officiating.

Casket bearers were Mike Fargher, Dewey Harris, Dan Cushman, John Lewis, 
Dennis Taylor and Harry Walter III.

Memorials may be made to the Arthritis Association in care of Spencer, Libby 
and Powell Funeral Home.
