The Dalles Weekly Reminder, October 11, 1984
     Beverly R. Crothers, 55, of White Salmon, Wash., died Oct. 1 in Portland 
after a long illness.
     She was the daughter of Ellwood and Charlotte Adkisson and she was born 
Dec. 13, 1928 in The Dalles.
     Mrs. Crothers is survived by her husband Richard; 2 sons, Dan, Portland 
and Steven, Corbett; a sister, Lura Morast, The Dalles; and brother, Meril A. 
Adkisson, Dufur.
     No services were held at her request.  Cremation was under the direction 
of Pearson Allen Funeral Home, Portland and committal was in Park Lawn 
Memorial Gardens, The Dalles.
     Contributions may be made to the University of Oregon Health Science 
Center for cancer research, Portland, in her memory.
