Later she worked in the home of the Bishop family who owned the Pendleton Woolen Mills, and they invited her to have her wedding in their home. She was a lifelong member of Village Baptist Church after attending Hinson Memorial Baptist as a young person. Before her illness and physical problems she was able to out walk the entire family. She is survived by her husband of 63 years, Willis N.
