The Dalles Weekly Reminder, April 5, 1984
Ethel Collier, 72, a resident of The Dalles since 1963, died at a local 
nursing home March 26.

She was born in Coquille, Oct. 20, 1911.

She worked as a clerk-typist for the Veteran's Administration in Portland 
before retiring and moving to The Dalles.

Survivors include a daughter, Mrs. Glenda Morrell, The Dalles; four 
grandchildren, Myron Morrell, Portland; Dale Morrell, Salem; Lynn Curnutt and 
Kay Pratt, both of The Dalles; six great-grandchildren, and a brother, C. Lee 
Collier, Ephrata, Wash.

Funeral services were March 29 at Spencer, Libby & Powell Funeral Home with 
the Rev. George Clark officiating.

Cremation followed in Portland.
