     Victor M. Clark, 87, a resident of Cocoa, Fla. died in Linfield, Pa. on 
May 24, 2006.
     He was born in The Dalles on Dec. 27, 1918 to Harry and Marie (Johnson) 
Clark and was a graduate of The Dalles High School.
     He was a U.S. Army veteran and served with the 81st Infantry in World War 
II.
     He was assistant director of the Lucas County Welfare Department in 
Toledo, Ohio for 28 years, retiring in 1982. He was active in the Democratic 
Party in Toledo and was 4th degree Knight of Columbus in Rockledge, Fla. He 
was a member of St. Mary’s Catholic Church in Rockledge.
     He married Jeanne (Madden) Clark, who died in 1983.
     Survivors include a daughter, Sharon J. (Robert) Geisel, Linfield, Pa.; a 
son, John E. (Tina) Clark, Toledo; three brothers, Chester Clark, Waldport; 
Laurence Clark, Washougal; and Alvin Clark, The Dalles; three grandchildren, 
Elizabeth J. (Stephan) Mitchell, Pottstown, Pa.; Andrew J. Geisel, Pottstown; 
and Michelle R. Fisher II, Pottstown; and seven great-grandchildren, 
Madallane, Lauren, Samuel and Jake Mitchell; Andrew V. Geisel and Liam and 
Reese Fisher.
     A funeral mass will be held Wednesday, May 31, at 10 a.m. at St. Mary’s 
Catholic Church in Rockledge. Visitation will be Tuesday, May 30, at Florida 
Memorial Funeral Home in Rockledge.
     Burial will be at Fountainhead Memorial Park in Palm Bay, Fla.
     Memorials may be made to Montgomery Hospice, 35 W. Fornance St., 
Norristown, PA 19801 or a charity of the donor’s choice.
