The Dalles Weekly Reminder, March 15, 1984
     Nicholas John Carlson, infant son of Paul and Raymona Carlson of The 
Dalles, died March 13 in Portland.

     The child was born in The Dalles on March 9 and was transported to the 
Oregon Health Science Center, Neonatal Intensive Care Center in Portland.

     Survivors include his parents, brothers Troy, Caleb and Nathan, and 
grandparents Mr. and Mrs. Herbert Schmoker of The Dalles and Mr. and Mrs. 
Arlin B. Carlson of Virginia, Minn.

     A memorial service will be held at 11 a.m. Friday, March 16, at Covenant 
Christian Community Church in The Dalles.
