The Dalles Weekly Reminder, November 10, 1983
     Mary Louise Baumgarden, 54, a resident of Underwood, Wash., died Nov. 1 
in Denver, Colo. 
     She was born July 23, 1929 in Kent, Wash.
     Mrs. Baumgarden was raised in Sherman County and was attending The Dalles 
School of Beauty.
     Survivors include her husband, Paul, of Underwood; three children, 
Christina L. Joyce, Kingston, Wash.; Georgia J. Sousa, Renton, Wash., and 
Darrel A. Baumgarden, Hood River; two brothers, six sisters and four 
grandchildren.
     Funeral services were today at Gardner Funeral Home in White Salmon, 
Wash. with the Rev. David Steckmann officiating.  Burial was at White Salmon 
Cemetery.
