Surnames: Ayers, Wyatt, Cartee, Johnson, VanHausen Patricia Ann Ayers, 58, a resident of Pine Grove (Oregon), died at a local hospital on Saturday, May 10, 2003. She was born June 21, 1944 in Bonne Terre, Missouri to Albert Waltman and Evelyn Anita (Wyatt) Cartee. As a child, the family moved to Portland where she attended Hosford Elementary, Cleveland High School and graduated from Washington High School. She married Jack A. Ayers on September 29, 1961 in Portland and they lived in Portland until the mid-90s when moving to Pine Grove. She is survived by her husband, Jack A. Ayers, Pine Grove; two sons, Allan Eugene and James Waltman Ayers; parents, Albert and Evelyn Cartee, Pine Grove; two sisters, Nancy Johnson, Salem (Oregon); and Linda VanHausen, Vancouver (Washington). Private interment was held at Lincoln Memorial Cemetery in Portland on Monday, May 12. Spencer, Libby and Powell Funeral Home are in care of arrangements.
