Reverend John Flinn and wife, celebrated the fifieth anniversary of their marriage
last Sunday in Portland. He was a member of the first Oregon conference, which met
in Salem (Oregon) March 17, 1853. Only three now survive and they are Reverend 
John Flinn, C.O. Hosford and T.F. Royal. In the sixties Reverend Flinn was pastor
of the church in this city.
