Died-At his residence in Lafayette,Yamhill county,Nov 30,1869,of 
asphyxia,induced by bronchial affecttion,Dr A.B.Westerfield.Deceased was a 
pioneer of Oregon in the medical fraternity having settled in Lafayette in 
1850,where he resided and followed his profession up to the time of his 
decease.he leaves a wife and several children,the eldest of whom is fast 
approaching manhood.His death will cause a vacancy,not soon to be forgotten,in 
the hearts of a widely extended circle of friends and relatives
