On the 1910 Oregon census it read that she was a inmate as well as a few other 
children listed...a census that was part of Precinct 45...Multnomah 
County...enumeration district 179... ward 7...street name 36th & Ellsworth was 
the place or baby home....

Additional Comments:
I really need help with this...all I know about my mother is what I put on 
this form...I grew up with her but she didnt talk about her past...to get a 
copy of her Birth certificate would mean so much to me....she died in 1986
