San Fransisco,Aug.31-Captain M.A.Healy,one of the best known officers in the 
revenue cutter service,who was recently retired under the age limit,died today 
from heart failure after an illness of a few days.He entered the revenue 
cutter service in 1865 as a Third Lieutenant and became a Captain in 1883.
